What's not allowed

• Strict dress code: modest swimwear, shorts, t-shirts. All swimming attire should be free of zippers, rivets, buttons, or other hard objects. Babies should wear swim diapers.
• Jewelry, accessories, loose items, hard objects, or electronic devices are strictly not allowed on rides and attractions.
• Personal floats are not allowed in the pools and attractions.
• No outside food, drinks/alcohol are allowed into the park.
• No footwear, glassware, food, or drinks are allowed near the pools.
• Pets cannot tag along on this experience, except for guide dogs.

Accessibility

• Guests with certain medical or physical conditions may be prohibited from riding certain attractions.

Additional information

• Use lifejackets and do not leave children unattended. Complimentary use of lifejackets is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• You should be in good health to play and be aware of your physical condition and limitations.

• Bring your gloves. Boots and jackets will be provided. You can also rent gloves from Snow City.
• Wear long pants and socks when you visit. Both are compulsory.
