The dome with the waterfall was excellent. Lots to see and enjoy. The flower dome was disappointing as it was going through a change of display. Wouldn't have purchased the tickets if we had known.

The gardens are fantastic and well presented. The Monet exhibition was also great. While the light show was quite good the music selection was not contemporary enough. Classical would have been better. Moon River???

The Gardens by the Bay is well worth a visit and is so easy to get to. The gardens are well maintained and the indoor areas a welcome break from the heat. The whole area is well thought out and provides great views of Singapore

What we saw was great but i feel it should be made more obvious that the Monet experience was within the flower dome. We knew that was closed but didn't realise we wouldn't see Monet either

Our day at Gardens by the Bay was spectacular. It is an amazing display and setup and allows you to see so many different plants and trees on many levels by using the elevated walkways. The waterfall is captivating. In the Flower Dome there was a Monet exhibition and interactive photo murals. This is a highly recommended experience in Singapore.

We bought entry to flower fantasy. What we didn't see was, because it was written in small text section, that it closed at 07:00 pm. We were very disappointed about this. Also, it would have been very informative to write that there is a long queue at the skyway. And if closed before the last admission. The rest was beautiful and a lovely place.

The booking was simple, and the package deal was worth it - the expereince itself was amazing over-all. Our only issue is that my phone nearly dies before the last experience, and there was no way to export or forward the tickets to my wife - we were concerned that without my phone, we might not have been allowed into the last expereince.

I found a very beautiful space with art, nature and impeccable services. Easily accessible by cab both to and from the hotel without the need to use a transportation app. I had lunch there and walked through the gardens and the dome of plants and flowers. I was pleasantly surprised by the architecture of the place and the feeling of comfort and security. I brought back a souvenir of the beautiful gift shop they have there.

Well maintained. The only suggestion was the walking distances for elderly people. Im sure you can some up with some mobility solution that is included in the ticket price which is already quite expensive.

I did not like the venue and felt it was overpriced Flower gardens-just some artificial stuffy dome Cloud forrest far less impressive then free inChangi airport I then buy a Christmas pass and stayed for the light show I didn't think that the flower dome was very interesting I did like Monet show, but I have seen this before in as a city. The venue here had really strong wet carpet smelll Overall, my recommendation would be skip this 2 paid attraction and enjoy light show from the park or buy $ 11 pass to be close to the trees diring light show

Great to see both the gardens and the Marina Bay Sands. Really liked that the Garden tickets were valid for a month so we could visit the parts we missed on days one. The information could be a bit clearer that the supertree skywalk and observation deck are not included- we had to buy separate tickets for that.

Our day at Gardens by the Bay was spectacular. It is an amazing display and setup and allows you to see so many different plants and trees on many levels by using the elevated walkways. Simple and easy to book my Headout experience, though the different venues had varied processes. At the SEA Aquarium our Headout tickets could be scanned and used directly. At the Universal Studios entry, we had to utilise the confirmation barcodes to redeem the actual tickets which then needed scanning to enter.

I didn't realise I had to redeem the tickets so it was a bit frustrating when I had to do this at Universal as this took sometime to do due to the internet not being very fast. We were in line and at the gate we were told we needed to redeem the tickets and as I had 4 tickets to redeem the process took about 15 minutes to do. Instructions could have been a bit clearer.

The park was well-themed and immersive, with plenty of exciting attractions and shows. *Highlights:* - Revenge Of The Mummy: This indoor roller coaster was a thrilling experience! - Enchanted Airways: A fun and family-friendly roller coaster with great views. - Jurassic Park River Adventure: A splashing good time, but be prepared to get soaked! - Battlestar Galactica: A high-speed roller coaster with stunning views of the park. *Lowlights:* - Long wait times for popular attractions (up to 1 hour). - Limited food options and high prices. - Some attractions were closed due to maintenance. *Tips:* - Arrive early to beat the crowds. - Use the Universal Studios app to check wait times and plan your day. - Bring sunscreen and water to stay hydrated. *Overall:* Universal Studios Singapore is a great day out for thrill-seekers and movie fans. While it has some drawbacks, the park's theming and attractions make it a must-visit for anyone in the area. Just be prepared for crowds and long wait times!

We purchased the cable car + universal ticket (skip-the-line) combo. We had no issue with the QR provided for the cable car. It was a lovely way to get over to Sentosa. Would definitely recommend. Access to Universal however was terrible. The QR provided was not a ticket, you needed to scan the QR at the ticketing kiosk to then get your tickets but no where does it say this is what needs to happen. It actually states: "skip-the-line tickets, you'll breeze right into the venue, bypassing the ticket booth queues". We lined up at the entrance for 20 mins only to find out that we needed to get our tickets from a kiosk. The ticketing machines weren't working so we had to line up at Guest Services for another 45mins. While I waited in line my partner went for a walk to see if there was anything we missed. He found some red kiosks near some lockers that were different to the main ticket machines so waited in line to use them instead and was successful. By the time he had printed out tickets and returned to me I was at the front of guest services so I purchased Express passes for the rides (which is a MUST). We arrived at Universal at 10am didn't get into the park until 11.30am. With all the people and all the ticketing issues it was a very stressful and overwhelming way to start the day.

The cable car ride was awesome. The price was right and offers were good. But the online ticket came very late to my mail. When I enquired the same from the ticketing counter, they didn't help me. They simply said please check online, we can't help. And there was no information in headout app or website for 20 mins. Post that, I received the e-ticket and then it was a good experience without any hassle.

Also, it would have been very informative to write that there is a long queue at the skyway. And if closed before the last admission. The rest was beautiful and a lovely place.

The overall attractions were beautiful but there were so many kids unattended ruining the experience so I ended up leaving because of that. One kid even splashed a man's camera while he was taking a photo by one of the little ponds and the parents were nowhere to be seen. It would be cool if there was a section of time for like 18+ or something like that so there isn't kids running around.

We loved the discount when buying the combo deal and that the entry times were flexible. We were able to visit the Cloud Forest and Flower dome at seperate times (one before and the other after dinner) despite being in the same ticket. There were no issues. We also made use of the addition $3pp return shuttle bus to transfer between Flower Dome and Floral Fantasy, which was a relief in the heat! We loved visiting these beautiful exhibits, each very unique. And thankfully, all air conditioned!

On the first day, the audio guide switched permanently between German and English within seconds. In the afternoon, the driver was unable to play the audio guide. In addition, he did not announce the stops, which made the whole thing even worse. After talking to the driver, nothing changed except that he became unfriendly. Several participants had complained to him. I raised this issue with the ground operator at the bus station. A very nice and competent German-speaking lady. She deeply regretted this and then gave us an extra day. We found that very solution-oriented.

The bus driver seemed to be in a rush, he came across as someone that was not happy in his work. As it turned out he was coming off shift and rushed to the last stop. We had to change buses and that happens so quickly that the couple we were with got stranded. We then had to wait 30 minutes for them to catch up with us. The audio on the bus was jumping the whole time. Overall very dissatisfied with the big bus journey.

It was a fantastic way to see around Singapore. The driver when we first got on was fantastic. Clearly identified the stop number and destination. Apart from that it was a pleasant experience and a great way to see Singapore.

The booking was simple, and the package deal was worth it - the expereince itself was amazing over-all. Our only issue is that my phone nearly dies before the last experience, and there was no way to export or forward the tickets to my wife - we were concerned that without my phone, we might not have been allowed into the last expereince.

The 2 bus routes covered all the key city sights and attractions. The app was really good to see where the buses are, though at times it wasn't quite accurate. My only complaint would be the hold music in between comentary was headache inducing. Silence would have been better. Because of the music, I had to take the earphones out and would often miss the commentary.

I was scammed with my tickets. My holiday was kinda ruined because I couldn't use any of the QR codes. I booked 2 tickets for 2 different places and none accepted the code I got. If I don't get my refund I'm going to have to sue you.
