Best time to visit: Generally speaking, weekends are always more crowded at the Gardens. If you like a less crowded experience, weekdays are the time to visit. In terms of what time of day to visit the conservatory, we recommend visiting during the evenings to see the greenhouse lit up in ambient lighting. Everything becomes much more atmospheric and immersive at that time.
Cloud Forest is one of two cooled conservatories at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore. In addition to exotic mountainous plants, the conservatory is home to one of the largest indoor waterfalls in the world and the exclusive Avatar: The Experience exhibition.
You can buy tickets to Cloud Forest and Flower Dome starting at SGD 35 per ticket. This includes entry to both the GBB conservatories. Ticket prices can go up if you select combo tickets that include attractions such as Floral Fantasy, OCBC Skyway, and Supertree Observatory.
The conservatory is open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM, with the last admission by 8 PM. We recommend spending at least 1.5 hours at the conservatory to fully immerse yourself into the experience.
No, Cloud Forest is a self-exploratory experience that you can enjoy at your own pace. Although, if you'd like a guided tour, Flower Dome does offer free tours to groups of five or more people.
Yes, you can click as many pictures as your heart desires at the conservatory; there are plenty of IG worthy backdrops to choose from. Please note: commercial video/photography is not allowed.
