• Please be informed that Dolphin Island will be closed from 29 August to 4 September 2024.
• For Dolphin Discovery, children must be 4 years old to participate and if below the height of 110cm must be carried by an adult a paying adult participant during the interaction. (children in the arms of an adult will be kept at 1 child to 1 adult).
• No photography and videography. Official photographers are provided during the program.
• The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends & family participating in the Dolphin Discovery or Encounter Programs.
• Most S.E.A. Aquarium areas are accessible by wheelchair. Ocean Dome can be accessed by the lift located along the back of the Ocean Gallery.

• The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends and family participating in the Dolphin Discovery or Encounter Programs.
• Children under 4 years can participate when accompanied by a paying adult for the Dolphin Encounter. Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years.
• Participants must meet a minimum height requirement of 110cm for the Dolphin Discovery. Children aged 4-12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years during the interaction with the marine animals.
• For the Dolphin Observer, children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years. The duration of the experience will depend on the main participant of the respective programs.
• Each paying adult may supervise up to three children during any of the dolphin experiences.

• Participate in the family-friendly Dolphin Encounter experience at Dolphin Island. Visit Adventure Cove Water Park or S.E.A. Aquarium along with this.

• Visit Adventure Cove Water Park to experience thrilling slides, unique hydromagnetic coasters, cabanas, pools, and snorkeling with 20,000+ tropical fish.

For Dolphin Adventure

• This experience is for participants older than 13 years.
• While the experience is designed for swimmers, non-swimmers are welcome to join. However, please note that non-swimmers may not be able to participate in certain parts of the program. All participants will be assessed for their suitability to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Personal wetsuits are not permitted. Life jackets, masks, and snorkels will be provided, but you can bring your snorkel, mask, and fins if you'd like to.
• Larger groups may be split into smaller groups for a better experience.

For Dolphin Observer

• Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years. The duration of the experience will depend on the main participants of the respective programs.
• The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends and family participating in the Dolphin Adventure program. Tickets cannot be purchased separately.

For Adventure Cove Water Park & S.E.A. Aquarium

• No outside food and beverages are allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium, and Dolphin Island, except Baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements.
• Most S.E.A. Aquarium areas are accessible by wheelchair. Ocean Dome can be accessed by the lift located along the back of the Ocean Gallery.
• Paying adults must accompany children under the height of 122cm at all times in Adventure Cove Water Park.

For shark AWARE program

• You must be at least 12 years old to participate in this experience.
• Classes are available between Tuesday and Friday, lasting 8 hours, with max 4 students per class, including a classroom session and 2 dives.
• You will require a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver certification or equivalent to participate in this experience.
• Before diving, you will have to fill out and sign liability and medical/health declaration forms at the facility.
• Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian (21+) present on-site to sign the required liability and medical/health declaration forms.
• You must not travel by air within 12 hours after a single dive or within 18 hours after repetitive dives.

• Get into the waters to pet and adore Indo-Pacific dolphins. Visit S.E.A. Aquarium or Adventure Cove Water Park as well, both super close to Dolphin Island.
• Let marine mammal experts tell you all about the dolphins' diets, anatomy, habits, habitats, and anything else you want to know about these cuties.
• Head to Adventure Cove Water Park for a day of splashing around, sliding, racing, snorkeling with 20,000+ fish, or taking it easy at the beach.
• Visit S.E.A. Aquarium instead to watch, learn, interact with, and admire over 100,000 marine animals across 1000+ species living in 45 unique habitats.
• Stay dry, and adore dolphins from a distance with the Dolphin Observer option which brings you poolside seating, a lot of learning, and access to the S.E.A. Aquarium.

• Tip: Remember to apply sunscreen before your visit and reapply as needed, even on cloudy days. Singapore's tropical sun can be intense, and you'll likely spend a lot of time outdoors.

For Dolphin Discovery

• The minimum height required to participate in this experience is 110cm.
• All participants must be aged at least 4 years to participate.
• Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years. 1 adult can supervise a maximum of 3 children under 13.
• Personal wetsuits are not permitted. You will be provided one at Dolphin Island. Bring your swimwear.
• Personal belongings like handphones, jewelry, and wallets are not permitted. Small lockers will be available.

For Dolphin Observer

• Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years. The duration of the experience will depend on the main participants of the respective programs.
• The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends and family participating in the Dolphin Adventure program. Tickets cannot be purchased separately.
