Simple and easy to book my Headout experience, though the different venues had varied processes. At the SEA Aquarium our Headout tickets could be scanned and used directly. At the Universal Studios entry, we had to utilise the confirmation barcodes to redeem the actual tickets which then needed scanning to enter.

I didn't realise I had to redeem the tickets so it was a bit frustrating when I had to do this at Universal as this took sometime to do due to the internet not being very fast. We were in line and at the gate we were told we needed to redeem the tickets and as I had 4 tickets to redeem the process took about 15 minutes to do. Instructions could have been a bit clearer.

*4/5 Stars* We recently visited Universal Studios Singapore and we have a blast! The park was well-themed and immersive, with plenty of exciting attractions and shows. *Highlights:* - Revenge Of The Mummy: This indoor roller coaster was a thrilling experience! - Enchanted Airways: A fun and family-friendly roller coaster with great views. - Jurassic Park River Adventure: A splashing good time, but be prepared to get soaked! - Battlestar Galactica: A high-speed roller coaster with stunning views of the park. *Lowlights:* - Long wait times for popular attractions (up to 1 hour). - Limited food options and high prices. - Some attractions were closed due to maintenance. *Tips:* - Arrive early to beat the crowds. - Use the Universal Studios app to check wait times and plan your day. - Bring sunscreen and water to stay hydrated. *Overall:* Universal Studios Singapore is a great day out for thrill-seekers and movie fans. While it has some drawbacks, the park's theming and attractions make it a must-visit for anyone in the area. Just be prepared for crowds and long wait times!

We purchased the cable car + universal ticket (skip-the-line) combo. We had no issue with the QR provided for the cable car. It was a lovely way to get over to Sentosa. Would definitely recommend. Access to Universal however was terrible. The QR provided was not a ticket, you needed to scan the QR at the ticketing kiosk to then get your tickets but no where does it say this is what needs to happen. It actually states: "skip-the-line tickets, you'll breeze right into the venue, bypassing the ticket booth queues". We lined up at the entrance for 20 mins only to find out that we needed to get our tickets from a kiosk. The ticketing machines weren't working so we had to line up at Guest Services for another 45mins. While I waited in line my partner went for a walk to see if there was anything we missed. He found some red kiosks near some lockers that were different to the main ticket machines so waited in line to use them instead and was successful. By the time he had printed out tickets and returned to me I was at the front of guest services so I purchased Express passes for the rides (which is a MUST). We arrived at Universal at 10am didn't get into the park until 11.30am. With all the people and all the ticketing issues it was a very stressful and overwhelming way to start the day.

Of course no one is going to read this but if you did, just want to say every single employee you have at this place is a diamond, I can't imagine how difficult it is to wear those custums under difficult weather and still be super nice and friendly with people, oh and also, the puss in boots cats people, the orange and the dark one, are super nice and friendly and also the tiger from kung fu panda was amaaaaaaaaaaazing and also (haha) the people who take pictures (2 guys) in the transformers big action figure were so kind sweet

We bought entry to flower fantasy. What we didn't see was, because it was written in small text section, that it closed at 07:00 pm. We were very disappointed about this. Also, it would have been very informative to write that there is a long queue at the skyway. And if closed before the last admission. The rest was beautiful and a lovely place.

We booked a round trip ticket from Mount Faber to Sentosa and back. When we arrived at Sentosa, we were met by an extremley rude man that forced us to get off. We explained we had a round trip and he shouted at us in his pigeon English saying that a round trip was one way - You need to train your staff properly !. We got off and he was still shouting at us. Very rude and disrepectful. We went to the desk to be told that we could have stayed on and and returned to Mount Faber ! Made the experience not very nice. I wish I had got his name to complain officially !

The ticketing experience was really smooth. Didn't face any kind of problems. I wish the pass had Singapore SEA aquarium on the list. Had to buy a separate ticket for that attraction. Definitely will recommend and will personally buy another one for my next destination.

The excitement is unreal at Universal Studios Singapore

Universal Studios Singapore is a popular theme park in Sentosa Island, Singapore. Whether you are keen to join the Transformers in battle, giggle with the Minions, dance with the Sesame Street gang, or walk through Hollywood's golden era, there's something here for every movie buff and thrill-seeker!

We've got all the information on popular rides like the Battlestar Galactica dueling roller coasters and the Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure, and all the other fun things you can do at the park. Take a look at all the ticket options below and find the best Universal Studio tickets for you.

Things to know before you book Universal Studios Singapore tickets

  • When planning your visit, you can choose from several ticket options: Standard entry tickets, VIP experience tickets, and Combo tickets.
  • With Standard entry tickets, you get general admission to all the rides and attractions. However, these tickets can consume a lot of your time and your experience can become quite inadequate. We recommend you add an Express pass to your Standard ticket. With an Express pass, you get to surpass all the lines(for example: Battlestar Galactica and Jurassic park) and get access to most rides. This will cost you an extra SGD 100, but it’s worth it!
  • Your VIP Experience tickets include an Unlimited Express Pass for skip-the-line access to all the rides(also the ones which are not included in an Express Pass) and a guided tour of at-least 8 attractions. These tickets are ideal if you’re traveling in a small group.
  • As Universal Studios Singapore is an extremely popular attraction, tickets can sell out weeks in advance, especially during peak times like Christmas and New Year. Make sure to book tickets well ahead so your plans don't get affected.
  • If you are visiting Universal Studios, you should also check out the other Resorts World Sentosa attractions right next door. You can buy Universal Studios Singapore + S.E.A Aquarium combo ticket or Universal Studios + Singapore Cable Car Combo Ticket. These combos are a good way to explore some of the most famous attractions on Sentosa Island in one go.

  • Carry a change of clothes, especially for zones like Jurassic Park, as some of the rides can get you wet. On the other hand, you can even carry your own ponchos or purchase them inside the park.
  • There are many lockers in different zones of Universal Studios Singapore. Most of these are free to use and usually timed up-to 90 minutes or so. So, after exhausting the time-limit for one locker, you can shift your valuables to another locker for free.
  • Arrive early to Universal Studios Singapore and head straight to the most-popular rides like Transformers, Revenge of the Mummy and Battlestar Galactica’s Human vs Cyclone. These rides tend to get crowded after 12pm when more visitors start arriving at the park.
  • While dining options inside the park can be pricey, you can bring your own food and beverages into the park.
  • Visit nearby Sentosa attractions if you have the time. Madame Tussauds, iFly Singapore, and Wings of Time are some good options to check out.
  • Ensure you check the age, height, and/or weight restrictions before lining up for a ride.
  • While pets are not allowed, you can take your service animals along, if required.
  • Almost every zone has a gift shop to buy some souvenirs from; visit them and grab a memento to remember your trip to Universal.

Enchanted Airways, Egypt, and Transformers were particularly fantastic. In fact, everything at Universal Studios was so outstanding that we ran out of time to see it all, but it's definitely a must-visit location once in a lifetime.

It was fantastic... we hit all the major rides and watch 2 shows with 30 minutes to spare. It would have been even better if we reserved a couple of character meetings.

Fun! The combo makes sure you get the best of both words -- literally!! My friends and I couldn't decide what to spend money on, and were overjoyed when someone recommended this pass via Headout. We were a little hesitant since it sounded too good to be true, but on going through the booking process and talking with the customer services, we were instantly relieved. Too good!
