I loved the fact that the walkways were under cover To detract the heat and rain. The pandas were perfect . All the enclosures were superior to what I had seen in most countries . The fume river ride was So fun and only the ant eater was hiding . Well worth the journey . Just grab a taxi which takes You right to the entrance .xx
Amazon cruise was so good. A HUGE sign like "THIS WAY!!" at the entrance would have been helpful for us who enjoyed the whole route from opposit direction (i.e. from exit to entrance). We realized proper direction at the Panda restaurant...
First time going there, and it's appeal was that it was different from the normal zoo visits. The only disappointment we had was that we never were able to see any of the shows. It was booked way in advance, and we were not aware that we had to reserve the slots. And that it could be done via the Mandai app. Hence, we were extremely disappointed, especially me oldest daughter who has a fascination with Capybaras. All in all, it was a good trip with family.
I didn't like to book online only. We have had a great time, but the boat ride was a bit misleading. I expected being on the real river. The whole day experience would have been much better without constant background music.
Absolutely wonderful, once in a lifetime experience. So much to see and do, the River Ride was a great extra but seeing the pandas so close was the absolute highlight
Seeing all the different fish from all over the world was amazing, our trip highlights was seeing the pandas !!
All animals are clean and nice even the facility are clean
It was exciting and fun and we enjoyed panda, giraffe and tortoise section!
Very well organised. The pandas were very special.
I think river island include boat ride in river.
Very smooth and easy purchasing. Best experience. A+

While it rained we made use of the zoo tram to see where we wanted to go. The river of wonders river cruise didn't operate due to rain even though it wasn't raining and hadn't for some time. The highlight was feeding the elephants.
Im not a fan of the zoos because the animals are usually kept in cages with a complete lack of their natural environment. I absolutely LOVED experiencing the night safari with animals being out and about, doing their own thing in a completely different way - free! The tour was extremely emotional, and seeing so many local species left me more than impressed
Amazing atmosphere Should be more clear that walk are Independant from the tram where we thought we could go on and off from tram

The whole experience was amazing - zoo is brilliant and with the teams running it made it easy for my 80 year old mother to keep up with everyone. Once we got to the Night Safari the experience was seamless and we couldn't believe how quickly the queue moved.
Tickets were great and cheaper than anywhere else. The park was amazing, and night safari was one of the best experiences in Singapore. Night time transport back can be a little tricky if staying to close, so plan accordingly - but definately a great experience!
LOVED THE RHINO! it was so beautiful, and the fact the zoo was quiet meant you could hear the animals are you walked around! was amazing
I appreciate it was a night safari but it was difficult to see the animals in the dark, particularly as we were moving the whole time and the commentary didn't always specify which side of the carriage the animals were to be seen. There was too much children noise to hear the commentary clearly. I didn't feel the commentary was live as it seemed too early for the upcoming animals or too late such that we were passed the animals before we were told they were there. I am 80 and my vivion isn't what it used to be, but my 60 year old companion (her eyes are better than mine) also had similar problems to those I have described. I think our most positive experience was the bus to and from the MTS train station - we didn't have to find our own way.
Really enjoyed the night safari. The tram was very busy when we first arrived (7.15pm) so we decided to walk through the other trails first (fishing cat, leopard, etc). So by the time we were ready for the tram it was much quieter (around 9.30pm). Loved seeing the animals especially the tigers, otters, flamingo, and the rhinos being fed! Kids really enjoyed being at the zoo at night - definitely a unique experience and would highly recommend it. It was a late night but our kids (12, 11 & 9) managed really well with little complaint.
Was nice to see some animals we wouldn't normally see but the cost of both getting to and from the event plus the ticket price itself left us feeling whilst it was ok we wouldn't do again or recommend.
It was satisfying to see so many different kinds of animals. However, I thought that the number of individuals might be small.
The trails are well set out and there is a good chance of seeing many of the animals. The walk through enclosures are a good idea. The last time I went to the night safari was March 2004. It has changed a lot.
We liked the tour with the train. And afterwards we walked all the pathways. It was very a nice experience to see the animals. It was special to see them in the night. But you can't really take good photos, because it's too dark.
Gardens and Zoo fantastic. Gardens should have more eateries though as Shake Shack can't cope with visitors alone. Night Zoo entry was chaotic and actually unsafe as queues to enter extended past construction areas. Not good.
The whole experience was a seamless process. Had a great time. Only wished there were more time and more things to see on the tram. Otherwise, it was great.
The fact you had to select the time slots one by one rather that it selecting all 4 tickets is an issue Over the 6 mins it took me to work through each booking we ended up on different time slots , this caused concern , the whole groups tickets should select at one time
It was not clear that the Night safari tickets were actually not granting the entrance at the park, and required to book a timeslot to receive confirmed tickets. So the 8 of us were denied, btw quite harshly, entry to the park for more than an hour. Luckily at some point, I guess a more accommodating staff felt sorry for our ruined evening, so she let all of us in. Consequently we did not have time to cover the whole content of the park, although what we saw was nice.
The venue was terrific but very crowded on the night we went - at least 45 minute waits for train, food etc. Our only real issue was the tickets we got from Headout which I hadn't realised came through a third party were very difficult to upload at the venue and it took us nearly 20 minutes to get entry as it was difficult to get bar codes up for the readers. We were stuck at the gate for a long time and that was trickey with a small eager child in tow. I wish i had booked direct through the venue rather than a third party.
Zoo night safari was ok. But food/ water/ sanitation facilities in outside area was terrible. More food kiosks with better hygeine shoikd be open. Also hygeine for toolets/ sanitation require improvement
Amazon cruise was so good. A HUGE sign like "THIS WAY!!" at the entrance would have been helpful for us who enjoyed the whole route from opposit direction (i.e. from exit to entrance). We realized proper direction at the Panda restaurant...
It is a nice attraction and experience. However, a bit over-crowded. When you arrive late, you only see waves of people, huge lines, and staff members trying to organise everything. Maybe the venue could be better organised, so a visitor does not feel overwhelmed when arriving.
It was nice to see the animals at night and awake. But you spend more time getting to the night safari venue than what you spend on the tram. If you sit at the back of the tram, you won't see some animals at all when the tram stops to "observe" the animals.
First time for the grandkids and they were so excited to see the big animals, elephants, rhinos and the lion in the dark. It made it so special for them and we enjoyed a light meal afterwards. Definitely a highlight of our trip.
I loved seeing how the deer and monkeys and some other animals just roamed around free and the animal show was wonderful and informative. Also the staff were wonderful, I have a disability and as soon as they saw me no matter where I was they made sure I was ok and helped me get to where I needed to go and made sure I was standing for long anywhere, they also offered me a wheelchair, which I declined only becau I wasn't planning on doing the walk through and there were so many people to try and navigate through. I loved every part of our visit to your zoo .
It was a nice experience to see animals not inside cages but outside & still we are safe at a distance. The tram ride with sound of forest at night was really enjoyable.

I was looking forward to the boat ride and when we arrived there it was not going. After walking around the zoo for hours I was waiting to relax on the boat.
We really enjoyed the zoo. It was our second time visiting however we did have problems with the ticket when entering the zoo. Although it showed up in our wallet as having been paid and the scan codes were clearly visible the venue insisted on PDF version of tickets. Which for some reason did not have a scan code in them therefore we had to escalate to a supervisor at the Zoo who was very helpful. . Offering this as information to the ticketing team just an observation about a glitch I'm sure can be fixed.

Despite the issues with the ticket for not receiving the QR wcode on time and not be able to purchase a second attraction due to not payment for credit card acceptance, the zoo was very kind and allowed us to enter without the tickets
Helpful staff, all animals were visible, lines moved quickly on tram ride, the animals looked well looked after which is important
I really like singapore zoo and river wonder, its a great experience. However, i didn't receive the ticket until i arrived at the zoo. Thanks to the head out customer service for helping me.
Shared experiences with my wife. Great facilities and great weather

The ticketing experience was really smooth. Didn't face any kind of problems. I wish the pass had Singapore SEA aquarium on the list. Had to buy a separate ticket for that attraction. Definitely will recommend and will personally buy another one for my next destination.
Had trouble with two other websites, had no prob at all with this site, only got time to use 2 of the 3 but had a great time doing the 2 we did do which was the zoo and cable cars
Everything. Cleanness and excellent customer service from the staff
Fast & efficient when scanning the QR code at the ticketing booth at the entrances
Great price and products but just a bit hard for us old folks to work out how to make it work but got it sorted
