We had a fantastic day at universal studios, so much to see and do. We caught the cable car back which was amazing with fantastic views. Highly recommended.
The ticket stated the eperience date was the day I bought the ticket. The fact that the ticket was valid till March (about 3 months) wasn't stated either.
An absolute breeze of an experience. No ticket lines or anything... Just keep walking everywhere by scanning the QR Code given by Head out. Highly recommended!
Ticketing was seamless and easy, and the view is breathtaking. Highly recommend the cable car to Sentosa Island for a really nice day trip. Once you get to Sentosa buses and beach shuttle are free.
The on an offboarding was easy andthe waiting time was short. We timed it very nicely so we had a great view over the city while the sun set.
THE WHOLE DAY ON SENTOSA WAS JUST FANTASTIC. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS WHEN I RETURNED TO MY HOTEL I TRIED TO BOOK TWO MORE DAYS ON THE 24TH & 25TH BUT GOT TURNED DOWN WITH YOU CODE ??ALL THE BEST RAYMOND BROWN ENGLAND.
A different way to get to this beach, although you can even get there by Grab, the cable car experience is fantastic, the only drawback was the sweltering heat, we used the free buses to get to the casino and spend part of the visit there with air conditioning.

Cable car used to enter Sentosa gave a picturesque view of the mainland, Sentosa & surrounding waters. Fast & efficient. Booking easy & staff friendly
It was not a new exprience as I have visited Sentsa Island,Before. Still spet a couple of hours there and took the train back. Thank You
Ticketing experience was easy though staff at the site weren't sure how to access the beer! We worked it out though and had a great time
The time that it took for my tickets to be confirmed was too long. I had to ring up and was told it's a manual process of approval. So all in all, it took 30 mins or so for my tickets to come through when all other websites booking is pretty much instant.
It was quick and easy to use the app to purchase our tickets. It was also great to be able to skip the ticketing line when we arrived to the venue. Anytime that we can reduce our use of paper ticketing is a win for the trees!
Views were stunning, all of Sentosa is exceptionally clean, loads of happy to help and advise staff around the place. The cable cars were easy to get on and off from. All in all a very happy and good experience. Thank you
Sky pass is great very good way to travel on sentosa island But the drinks should include a non alcoholic option because not all adults drink alcohol or at least be able to get a popsicle then instead
The cable car ride was awesome. The price was right and offers were good. But the online ticket came very late to my mail. When I enquired the same from the ticketing counter, they didn't help me. They simply said please check online, we can't help. And there was no information in headout app or website for 20 mins. Post that, I received the e-ticket and then it was a good experience without any hassle.
I was quite good but we havent audio guide as shown and for drinks we asked to get soft drinks instead of alcohol ( by the way cheaper ) cashier refused ;( finding the cable car "at harbor front station" was not very clear
Love the amazing experience (it's been the 6th time so I really do love it). Always great for the kids and lovely new opportunity to use the see-through cars (though we haven't tried these as yet!)
I recently had the chance to ride the cable car from Singapore to Sentosa Island and return, and it was such an amazing experience! From the moment I stepped into the cabin, I was greeted with stunning panoramic views of the city skyline. The ride was smooth and comfortable, giving me plenty of time to soak in the breathtaking scenery. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. Plus, the cabins were clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant experience.
Signposting was not clear (eg. No idea how to get to universal studios from mount Faber), we had to ask 3 different locals for directions and they all said different things. The cable cars themselves were so hot and not well ventilated. Drinking fountains at each station would be appreciated.
I enjoyed the cable car experience, however the windows were so dirty, it made it hard to see the beautiful island of Singapore.
I did not go to the Farber Road one, but I still had a lot of fun on the cable cars on Sentosa. I took lots of pictures.
We are International Visitors and we arrived early planning to be at Universal Studios just before opening at 10am, we went to buy cable car tickets at their ticket office but were 10 mins before opening so Staff said book online and get on the cable car earlier. We jumped on google and Headout was the first app selling tickets with a promo with a free drink with each ticket, we purchased 5 x tickets online but the tickets weren't sent straight away. We went to cable car management with this issue and they said it can take up to two hours for tickets to come through online, why were we told to book online if this was the case, we have never experienced this with any other app, cable car staff wouldn't let us on the cable car until tickets come through which they did after half n hour. It was an absolute shambles, we could show the payment was approved but not good enough, they needed tickets, this was the absolute worst service I have received from a business in a long time. When we came back at the end of the day no one at the cable car business knew anything about the drinks promotion, we had to show the promo listed on our electronic tickets, they checked each ticket and their was an admin process that had to be completed with each ticket which took about a total 20 mins, unbelievable!
That we could start at Siloso Point, head to Mt. Faber, then down and into Harbourfront, before returning in the evening. Only questioned once about where we originated, which confused us, as we thought a Day Pass meant unlimited travel.
Awesome views, unique experience, and your lost-and-found was top notch! We so appreciate you returning my husband's Prescription Ray Ban sunglasses. Phew! A real lifesaver.
We booked a round trip ticket from Mount Faber to Sentosa and back. When we arrived at Sentosa, we were met by an extremley rude man that forced us to get off. We explained we had a round trip and he shouted at us in his pigeon English saying that a round trip was one way - You need to train your staff properly !. We got off and he was still shouting at us. Very rude and disrepectful. We went to the desk to be told that we could have stayed on and and returned to Mount Faber ! Made the experience not very nice. I wish I had got his name to complain officially !

A very good experience, well signposted. The cable car trips were very comfortable and provided an excellent view of all of Sentosa Island, the Harbour Front & CBD and Mt Faber. I think this is the best way to view the city of Singapore.

My first ever ride on the roller coaster it was crazy scary, bu I survived 🤪😅everything. It was good 👍 and fine 🙂
Simple and easy to book my Headout experience, though the different venues had varied processes. At the SEA Aquarium our Headout tickets could be scanned and used directly. At the Universal Studios entry, we had to utilise the confirmation barcodes to redeem the actual tickets which then needed scanning to enter.
Well the experience was good specially with the people in the counter a nice young lady explain me all about ... Thank you
Ticketing was seamless and easy, and the view is breathtaking. Highly recommend the cable car to Sentosa Island for a really nice day trip. Once you get to Sentosa buses and beach shuttle are free.
Enchanted Airways, Egypt, and Transformers were particularly fantastic. In fact, everything at Universal Studios was so outstanding that we ran out of time to see it all, but it's definitely a must-visit location once in a lifetime.

The lines were so long for the rides and the fact it was only open from 10-5 made it impossible to get around to all the rides Very disappointing I believe too many people are let in on one day The numbers should be restricted
I didn't realise I had to redeem the tickets so it was a bit frustrating when I had to do this at Universal as this took sometime to do due to the internet not being very fast. We were in line and at the gate we were told we needed to redeem the tickets and as I had 4 tickets to redeem the process took about 15 minutes to do. Instructions could have been a bit clearer.
Had a blast at Universal Studios Singapore with easy admission tickets, diving into thrilling rides and unforgettable experiences!
It was quick and easy to use the app to purchase our tickets. It was also great to be able to skip the ticketing line when we arrived to the venue. Anytime that we can reduce our use of paper ticketing is a win for the trees!
*4/5 Stars* We recently visited Universal Studios Singapore and we have a blast! The park was well-themed and immersive, with plenty of exciting attractions and shows. *Highlights:* - Revenge Of The Mummy: This indoor roller coaster was a thrilling experience! - Enchanted Airways: A fun and family-friendly roller coaster with great views. - Jurassic Park River Adventure: A splashing good time, but be prepared to get soaked! - Battlestar Galactica: A high-speed roller coaster with stunning views of the park. *Lowlights:* - Long wait times for popular attractions (up to 1 hour). - Limited food options and high prices. - Some attractions were closed due to maintenance. *Tips:* - Arrive early to beat the crowds. - Use the Universal Studios app to check wait times and plan your day. - Bring sunscreen and water to stay hydrated. *Overall:* Universal Studios Singapore is a great day out for thrill-seekers and movie fans. While it has some drawbacks, the park's theming and attractions make it a must-visit for anyone in the area. Just be prepared for crowds and long wait times!

3D transformer ride was the most unforgetable ride my family had.Been queueing for about 1 1/2 hour but worth it tho.
I enjoyed the cable car experience, however the windows were so dirty, it made it hard to see the beautiful island of Singapore.
Really enjoyed the rides in the Jurassic area. The rides were fun and the attention to detail for decorating this area was great. Really made it feel like jurassic park.
We purchased the cable car + universal ticket (skip-the-line) combo. We had no issue with the QR provided for the cable car. It was a lovely way to get over to Sentosa. Would definitely recommend. Access to Universal however was terrible. The QR provided was not a ticket, you needed to scan the QR at the ticketing kiosk to then get your tickets but no where does it say this is what needs to happen. It actually states: "skip-the-line tickets, you'll breeze right into the venue, bypassing the ticket booth queues". We lined up at the entrance for 20 mins only to find out that we needed to get our tickets from a kiosk. The ticketing machines weren't working so we had to line up at Guest Services for another 45mins. While I waited in line my partner went for a walk to see if there was anything we missed. He found some red kiosks near some lockers that were different to the main ticket machines so waited in line to use them instead and was successful. By the time he had printed out tickets and returned to me I was at the front of guest services so I purchased Express passes for the rides (which is a MUST). We arrived at Universal at 10am didn't get into the park until 11.30am. With all the people and all the ticketing issues it was a very stressful and overwhelming way to start the day.

All rides are amazing, we really had fun especially the extreme rides such as cylone, human, the mummy and transformer. We really had great time; mix of excitement and nostalgia.
Headout is very friendly app for booking attraction tickets. It also gives exciting deals, Offers and Discounts. Also it is easy to book your favourite attraction spots.
Transformer. but there can be some shade over queue area where ticket holders wait for entry to attraction to avoid hot sun.
I loved the view and it was so convenient and fast to get to Sentosa Island. Plus we were able to ride a Hello Kitty Cable car
very fun and food was good i like the mummy ride. very exciting with my family and friends, lines were a bit long but it wasnt as long as disney world
We got to experience many rides and shows in just half day! We enjoyed so much the Waterworld, Rapid adventure, Canopy Ride, Revenge of the Mummy, Lights Camera Action, Shrek 4D, Madagascar, Trolls!
Of course no one is going to read this but if you did, just want to say every single employee you have at this place is a diamond, I can't imagine how difficult it is to wear those custums under difficult weather and still be super nice and friendly with people, oh and also, the puss in boots cats people, the orange and the dark one, are super nice and friendly and also the tiger from kung fu panda was amaaaaaaaaaaazing and also (haha) the people who take pictures (2 guys) in the transformers big action figure were so kind sweet

Gardens by the Bay is an amazing experience!!! Must visit if you're visiting Singapore, no matter how short your stay is.
The dome with the waterfall was excellent. Lots to see and enjoy. The flower dome was disappointing as it was going through a change of display. Wouldn't have purchased the tickets if we had known.

The gardens are fantastic and well presented. The Monet exhibition was also great. While the light show was quite good the music selection was not contemporary enough. Classical would have been better. Moon River???

The Gardens by the Bay is well worth a visit and is so easy to get to. The gardens are well maintained and the indoor areas a welcome break from the heat. The whole area is well thought out and provides great views of Singapore

What we saw was great but i feel it should be made more obvious that the Monet experience was within the flower dome. We knew that was closed but didn't realise we wouldn't see Monet either
Views were stunning, all of Sentosa is exceptionally clean, loads of happy to help and advise staff around the place. The cable cars were easy to get on and off from. All in all a very happy and good experience. Thank you
I loved all of it. The monet impressions exhibit was beautifully crafted. The cloud and flower dome was a beautiful experience too
Purchasing tickets in advance was easy. Simole QR code on cell. No wait for tickets. Experience was superb. Beautiful botanicals

Garden by the Bay - cloud forest & flower dome was awesome, especially the impression of Monet with multi-sensorial experience. It was WOW!!! Highly recommended..

Our day at Gardens by the Bay was spectacular. It is an amazing display and setup and allows you to see so many different plants and trees on many levels by using the elevated walkways. The waterfall is captivating. In the Flower Dome there was a Monet exhibition and interactive photo murals. This is a highly recommended experience in Singapore.
I thought that the Impressions By Monet was superb. The volunteer doing the workshop I attended was simply awesome. I know that she was Chinese and her first name started with an S.
