The VIP experience is very well organized. From our arrival in the VIP area, we took the elevator to another VIP area and then walked past the queue into the VIP gondola, where the mocktail was already waiting for us. A good half hour later, with music, chocolate and nice people, it was all over again. Afterwards we went through the Time Capsule, which is also well worth seeing. However, I do have one small but not insignificant criticism: 80% of the cabin windows were steamed up from the outside. It would have been nice to clean them quickly with a squeegee. After all, the view from the gondola is the main attraction! If all the guests have to take their photos through a small, non-fogged window, it spoils the experience a little.

It was so smooth! Booking the tickets was super easy and the directions were extremely clear. Once we got there, everyone was SO kind and accommodating. We even got there a little early and they were able to accommodate us early - how fantastic !!! The views were gorgeous and we were SO glad to get the sunset session. What an amazing experience we will never forget!!!

We were able to visit the Cloud Forest and Flower dome at seperate times (one before and the other after dinner) despite being in the same ticket. There were no issues. We also made use of the addition $3pp return shuttle bus to transfer between Flower Dome and Floral Fantasy, which was a relief in the heat! We loved visiting these beautiful exhibits, each very unique. And thankfully, all air conditioned!

It was great. The only thing i didnt like was HAVING to use the lockers before queuing. It was very busy and hectic and they only offered 45 mins at one time but then the ride queue was longer. I am sure it could have been extended but it felt like I had to rush. It would have just been easier to put our stuff in a bag on the side as we ride (like you had for shoes). I am sure no one would have stolen them. I also didnt like having to pay to use the locker for the Jurassic park water ride? Surely thats all included in the expensive entry ticket. (Solo traveller, so couldnt leave my stuff with anyone) Everything else was fine though, had a good time

We booked the Universal Studio Admission and Fast Pass tickets with Headout (after being unable to get the Fast Pass direct with Universal). The process was easy. The Admission tickets were confirmed and sent straight away. I did get an email that the Fast Pass was not available. However between getting that email and contacting Headout, the Fast Pass tickets were emailed through. Headout also responded straight away to my email. There were no issues with the tickets. I do reccommend printing your Fast Pass (you can use your phone to show it, but some rides suggest/insist you obtain a locker and not take belongings with you - so a printed copy of the pass in your pocket is extremely handy). Absolutely reccommend getting the Fast Pass tickets - we waited no longer than about 10 minutes for a ride, when wait times for some rides were 40-50 minutes long!

The bus tour was really useful in seeing sights of Singapore in a short time. We only got off at the Botanic Gardens because we had limited time, but it was a very enjoyable experience. We bought tickets online, but were never asked to show them or exchange them for paper ones - the drivers were just too busy.

The bus tour itself and in principle great for us. However, The bus stops were not clearly marked nor clear from the App exactly where they are. The real time bus tracker on the map was inaccurate. The audio give as it was pre recorded was out of sync with the route. The content of it was great. We had a 48hr ticket but didn't use it on day 2 due to the difficultly in finding the stops.

Buses ran on time, drivers were helpful, once I read the physical map given to us I could understand the pick up and drop offs - but if I walked away, there wasn't an easy way to find the next bus stop without downloading the app. I ended up doing the full bus tour first and taking a note/picture of the bus stops to get to.

The busses finished earlier than we would have liked. We had hoped to cath the yellow route back to stop 0, then catch the red bus from there round india and muslim areas to stop 6. We got back to stop 0 at 17.12, to see that the last red bus had departed at 17.10. This was annoying so we had to get back on the yellow route to get back to our hotel

Online booking of tickets was efficient. Booking was then redeemed (converted into a paper ticket) before entering the bus. Buses were frequent and online tracking of buses worked very well. Headsets were only ok with some cracking. Commentry was ok, a bit sparse and didn't always correlate with where we were on the journey. Would recomment hop-on-hop-off in Signapore to get an overview of all the sights.

We loved the discount when buying the combo deal and that the entry times were flexible. We were able to visit the Cloud Forest and Flower dome at seperate times (one before and the other after dinner) despite being in the same ticket. There were no issues. We also made use of the addition $3pp return shuttle bus to transfer between Flower Dome and Floral Fantasy, which was a relief in the heat! We loved visiting these beautiful exhibits, each very unique. And thankfully, all air conditioned!

I purchased a ticket online so I wouldn't have to wait in the queue. Inside the domes everything was so beautiful! And I was lucky to see the Sakura in full bloom. I was there on a rainy day, and because you're inside the domes, this was a perfect activity. I came out of the last dome a couple of minutes before the light show at the super trees started at 7.45pm. A perfect ending of my visit!

It was fun to indulge my inner child with some coloring, and then having my pictures be a part of the moving display. The digital work is amazing. There was a group of kids (maybe 6-7 years old) there. It was such a pleasure seeing the immense joy on their faces with each new exhibit. All of the staff were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend a visit to this museum for both children and adults.

Very few people at 11am Disappointed not to have been able to get on at 8pm without a reservation. And surprised that I had to go through you for the 11am slot when I was able to get on at 10:45am and other people without tickets were able to get on too. No more slots on the official site at 11am, but you can get them and they're more expensive.
