The VIP experience is very well organized. From our arrival in the VIP area, we took the elevator to another VIP area and then walked past the queue into the VIP gondola, where the mocktail was already waiting for us. A good half hour later, with music, chocolate and nice people, it was all over again. Afterwards we went through the Time Capsule, which is also well worth seeing. However, I do have one small but not insignificant criticism: 80% of the cabin windows were steamed up from the outside. It would have been nice to clean them quickly with a squeegee. After all, the view from the gondola is the main attraction! If all the guests have to take their photos through a small, non-fogged window, it spoils the experience a little.

It was so smooth! Booking the tickets was super easy and the directions were extremely clear. Once we got there, everyone was SO kind and accommodating. We even got there a little early and they were able to accommodate us early - how fantastic !!! The views were gorgeous and we were SO glad to get the sunset session. What an amazing experience we will never forget!!!
The experience is really amazing especially when you go there in the late evening since the city lights are on ☺️
It was smooth and easy ... No waiting in the queue... It is a pity that super tree was not there in the combo offer ... Perhaps in all the attractions combo options can be offered in a better way
I really loved the amazing views. I took some really wonderful pictures. Going to Singapore was a once in a lifetime experience.
The view from up top was amazing in the evening and the process to book the tickets was pretty smooth! The offline ticket access is also a great feature, kudos to that!
Lots of space not too many people Had to download app to get tickets which wasn't good after prebooking Time capsule could be missed
Unforgettable experience. Enjoyed watching the new F1 track from 150m.but we should have preferred evening time to get the night view.
Beautiful view, staff was nice we got in quickly. We were with other people (8 total) but everyone was nice as well. Lots of reflection on the glass panels at night so sometimes it was hard to get good pictures.
Well organised at gate entry, not forced to have the obligatory photo. Clean and tidy capsules, and the commentary was also interesting. Having the option to sit in the middle was also good, as one in my party was not keen on the height etc, so she was glad she had the option.
Ticketing on Head out is a cake walk. You get good offers too. Pls check if you got voucher of ticket. On some attractions, you may be asked to stand in queue to get ticket from this voucher. Overall, it's very helpful.
I have been on the London Flyer and I found the scenery just wasn't up to that of London. There were no lines and very few people there so it was great and we were given a whole pod to ourselves, this was fantastic.
Everything 😄 The presentation about Singapore, before we entered the Flyer' capsule, was majical, innovative and breath-taking. 11/10 And, comma, the assistants were extremely friendly and professional, which is as important as the main experience. Thank you 💚🕊
Excellent views of Singapore from the Skyway. Gardens by the Bay absolutely fantastic. Two very large air conditioned domes with amazing colourful flower displays and one dome set up as a cloud forest with a very high waterfall. Tickets all easily booked on Headout App that facilitated easy entry.
It was an awesome experience seeing Singapore from a top view. Headout made the ticket booking easy and for a discounted rate. I was trying to book for Cloud Forest when I was inside Gardens By the Bay but some reason it didn't go thru.
Yes. It was an amazing experience. I went at around 10.30am, and the queue at the Singapore Flyer was less than 10 minutes for my time. It was a clear, bright day and I was able to see a lot of the Singapore skyline and seaview.
My husband and I have a wonderful time there. We enjoy the the view and it's a awesome way to celebrate Chinese New Year and advance valentines day.
Everything is going to well😍 Clean and not so crowded inside 🥰 They will assist you start untill the end Very friendly staff 🥰🥰 very nice view
january 2024 at 10.30. Good time no queues and had pod to ourselves. Clear day so good views. Easy walk to bay gardens.
Absolutely smooth experience with the ticketing
Easy to book the tickets and redeem
Is very worth it. I love it 💖

The gardens were magnificent, however on the only day we could go ( as we were only in Singapore for a day) the cloud garden , which we prepaid for was closed for monthly maintenance. So if purchasing a ticket before you go make sure everything is open- we were really disappointed and out of pocket
The Cloud Forest and the Dome are incredible and we spent a good few hours and did not even realise The Monet add in was fantastic as well Due to weather we couldn't do the skywalk
Loved the flowers, esp the orchid gardens. Would have been great if there were some seats to sit down and enjoy the flowers.
We spent an entire day and evening exploring the Gardens by the Bay exhibits. Everything was so well done. We loved it! Our ticketing experience was just as good. Easy to book online and seamless use at the exhibits. Just all 'round fabulous!
Lovely views , very nice weather for visiting sky deck. Not much choice for drinks or snacks, no place to sit which was disappointing.
Gardens by the bay is a great place to visit when you are in Singapore. The flower dome and cloud forest are beautifully put together and worth the visit. Allow plenty of time as the gardens surrounding the centre are also worthwhile checking out. Booking through headout allows you to beat the queue and virtually go straight in to each exhibit. Not only is it cheaper than buying your ticket at the venue, you can book it right up until you enter. Totally recommend

Breathtaking view from the Skypark and fantastic pictures in the Future exhibition of the Artscience! Headout is quite convenient l, thanks :)
The ticketing process was easy and clear. No waiting in lines for tickets. The Gardens by the Bay were lovely. We had an easy walk to the Marina Bay Sands Observation Deck again no lining up for tickets. What a spectacular view from 56 floors up. We enjoyed our experience.
It was Future world exhibition i liked it its very interactive but i believe kids or family would fit more for this kind of exhibition
The gardens are fantastic and well presented. The Monet exhibition was also great. While the light show was quite good the music selection was not contemporary enough. Classical would have been better. Moon River???

Family enjoyed the Skypark observatory deck and Gardens by the bay. Good ticketing experience but the Headout app wouldn't allow you to download the pdf ticket so you always have to open up the app to show the ticket.

We booked the Universal Studio Admission and Fast Pass tickets with Headout (after being unable to get the Fast Pass direct with Universal). The process was easy. The Admission tickets were confirmed and sent straight away. I did get an email that the Fast Pass was not available. However between getting that email and contacting Headout, the Fast Pass tickets were emailed through. Headout also responded straight away to my email. There were no issues with the tickets. I do reccommend printing your Fast Pass (you can use your phone to show it, but some rides suggest/insist you obtain a locker and not take belongings with you - so a printed copy of the pass in your pocket is extremely handy). Absolutely reccommend getting the Fast Pass tickets - we waited no longer than about 10 minutes for a ride, when wait times for some rides were 40-50 minutes long!
All the rides and shows are amazing. But you would get some of your movie character live. Like transformers are walking, many other cartoon characters are live here to entertain you.
Subject: Thank You for an Unforgettable Experience at Universal Studios Singapore! I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had at Universal Studios Singapore with the VIP pass. From the moment we arrived, the seamless access to attractions and the personalized service made our day truly special. We were able to enjoy our favorite rides without the long wait times, allowing us to maximize our time in the park. The exclusive behind-the-scenes tour was a highlight, providing us with fascinating insights into the magic of Universal Studios. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. We felt like VIPs throughout the entire visit, and it truly enhanced our overall experience. Thank you once again for making our trip to Universal Studios Singapore so memorable. We can't wait to share our experience with friends and family and look forward to our next visit!
From ticketing to redemption - all the steps was smooth, reliable and further top up was the discount from Headout app.
Being in the line for over 20mins, only be told it cannot be scanned, have to have these tickets printed out, taken to the customer service and they will print out tickets. Then get back in the queue again, stand for over 30mins now, that was upsetting n embarrassing!! This NEEDS to be fixed! Else it would make me think twice abt buying tickets on headout
It's great to apply and get the tickets in few minutes, but why do I still need to queue for claiming the tickets and what's the point of the QRs if I need to download the PDF each time?!!
The experience is really amazing especially when you go there in the late evening since the city lights are on ☺️
The booking and confirmation of the same was simple and we could avoid the waiting lines. The place is just awesome ☺️
My wife and I had an amazing time at Universal Studios - Singapore. The rides were thrilling and fun. The wait times weren't that long and we really enjoyed the WaterWorks show too.
The Transformer show , loved it , of course the roller coaster ride and water world ride , that tunnel thingy was scary 🤢
It was smooth and easy ... No waiting in the queue... It is a pity that super tree was not there in the combo offer ... Perhaps in all the attractions combo options can be offered in a better way
My first ever ride on the roller coaster it was crazy scary, bu I survived 🤪😅everything. It was good 👍 and fine 🙂
Simple and easy to book my Headout experience, though the different venues had varied processes. At the SEA Aquarium our Headout tickets could be scanned and used directly. At the Universal Studios entry, we had to utilise the confirmation barcodes to redeem the actual tickets which then needed scanning to enter.
Well the experience was good specially with the people in the counter a nice young lady explain me all about ... Thank you
I really loved the amazing views. I took some really wonderful pictures. Going to Singapore was a once in a lifetime experience.
The view from up top was amazing in the evening and the process to book the tickets was pretty smooth! The offline ticket access is also a great feature, kudos to that!
Enchanted Airways, Egypt, and Transformers were particularly fantastic. In fact, everything at Universal Studios was so outstanding that we ran out of time to see it all, but it's definitely a must-visit location once in a lifetime.
The lines were so long for the rides and the fact it was only open from 10-5 made it impossible to get around to all the rides Very disappointing I believe too many people are let in on one day The numbers should be restricted
Lots of space not too many people Had to download app to get tickets which wasn't good after prebooking Time capsule could be missed
I didn't realise I had to redeem the tickets so it was a bit frustrating when I had to do this at Universal as this took sometime to do due to the internet not being very fast. We were in line and at the gate we were told we needed to redeem the tickets and as I had 4 tickets to redeem the process took about 15 minutes to do. Instructions could have been a bit clearer.
Had a blast at Universal Studios Singapore with easy admission tickets, diving into thrilling rides and unforgettable experiences!
Unforgettable experience. Enjoyed watching the new F1 track from 150m.but we should have preferred evening time to get the night view.

*4/5 Stars* We recently visited Universal Studios Singapore and we have a blast! The park was well-themed and immersive, with plenty of exciting attractions and shows. *Highlights:* - Revenge Of The Mummy: This indoor roller coaster was a thrilling experience! - Enchanted Airways: A fun and family-friendly roller coaster with great views. - Jurassic Park River Adventure: A splashing good time, but be prepared to get soaked! - Battlestar Galactica: A high-speed roller coaster with stunning views of the park. *Lowlights:* - Long wait times for popular attractions (up to 1 hour). - Limited food options and high prices. - Some attractions were closed due to maintenance. *Tips:* - Arrive early to beat the crowds. - Use the Universal Studios app to check wait times and plan your day. - Bring sunscreen and water to stay hydrated. *Overall:* Universal Studios Singapore is a great day out for thrill-seekers and movie fans. While it has some drawbacks, the park's theming and attractions make it a must-visit for anyone in the area. Just be prepared for crowds and long wait times!

Fair tour for the purpose of orientation to a new place .not great Audio of ?quality and sometimes does not match the attraction.. bus stops are relatively hard to find because navigation in the bus application. not working while you are close.
App was very user friendy, live tracking of buses on route. Audio was very informative, had shade on top for yellow route made it more pleasant in midday heat.
It was smooth and easy ... No waiting in the queue... It is a pity that super tree was not there in the combo offer ... Perhaps in all the attractions combo options can be offered in a better way
The reason is not really your fault. We got poured on by rain. I had to keep my wife dry which meant I got soaked. Just part of life in the tropics. We have a house in the Philippines
A most enjoyable way to get to know the city. It would help if the driver gave the number of each stop as well as the name.
We bought the 2-day pass with the night tour, and enjoyed it. The only problem was the audio system. The connection was bad on some of the seats so we missed out on some of the audio portion. But when the connection was good, the information presented was very interesting.
Good way of getting around Singapore & seeing the sights Recommendations would be Big bus signs on the bus stops And A stop close to Lau Pa Sat Market
I really loved the amazing views. I took some really wonderful pictures. Going to Singapore was a once in a lifetime experience.
The choice and number of stops. Also appreciated the patience of drivers with people like myself and others who only use HOHO when they go away.
The view from up top was amazing in the evening and the process to book the tickets was pretty smooth! The offline ticket access is also a great feature, kudos to that!
I loved the convenience of the service. The commentary was really interesting and comprehensive, and gave a great insight into the different areas. The stops across the city gave excellent coverage of the main areas.
Easy and quick ticket buying experience. I bought a ticket for two days, but was only able to take the Red Line in the evening of the first day because of the rain. When I started the first trip, which was around 4pm, I noticed that they had extended the time I could use the ticket for another day. I really appreciated the gesture. On the second day I took the Yellow Line. I really enjoyed both routes, the service and the friendliness. I'll do them again if I get the chance.

It was a fantastic way to see around Singapore. The driver when we first got on was fantastic. Clearly identified the stop number and destination. Drivers changed through the route and 2nd driver mumbled, did not clearly say stop number or destination. His announcements were VERY unclear. Apart from that it was a pleasant experience and a great way to see Singapore.
The Red Route was great as expected, the Yellow Route, had no audio guide, no apologies and this was poorer because of it.
Ticketing was very easy, and we were able to locate our bus every time. The day routes are very good for seeing a lot of the major must-sees in the So galore area.
Lots of space not too many people Had to download app to get tickets which wasn't good after prebooking Time capsule could be missed
So easy to book tickets through Headout and the buses were super regular and stopped at all the places we wanted to see. It was a great way to find our bearings in Singapore.
Great views, easy access to the bus, runs on time the driver however was asked twice to start the audio of those on the top floor as he had not turned it on. He was pre occupied talking to a female client. Twice he was asked politely to turn it on by two different females and he just gestured to sit down, he was angry and dismissive.
The 2 bus routes covered all the key city sights and attractions. The app was really good to see where the buses are, though at times it wasn't quite accurate. My only complaint would be the hold music in between comentary was headache inducing. Silence would have been better. Because of the music, I had to take the earphones out and would often miss the commentary.
Unforgettable experience. Enjoyed watching the new F1 track from 150m.but we should have preferred evening time to get the night view.
Unless you know exactly what you want to do in Malaysia, you should go on a city bus ride to check out the sights and get inspired. This ride allowed us to prioritise what we wanted to doin a relatively short stay - 3 nights

The gardens were amazing and the light show spectacular. Had a marvellous outing all told. Processing the ticket and having it on my phone was easy to use. Thanks!
Amazing journey with the kids, so many different types of plants and floral settings. We must have maxed out on our photos (phone storage) that day just taking snaps everywhere!

We bought entry to flower fantasy. What we didn't see was, because it was written in small text section, that it closed at 07:00 pm. We were very disappointed about this. Also, it would have been very informative to write that there is a long queue at the skyway. And if closed before the last admission. The rest was beautiful and a lovely place.

We decided at the spur of the moment to visit the museum, and we did not regret it. The Future World exhibits were awesome. It was fun to indulge my inner child with some coloring, and then having my pictures be a part of the moving display. The digital work is amazing. There was a group of kids (maybe 6-7 years old) there. It was such a pleasure seeing the immense joy on their faces with each new exhibit. All of the staff were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend a visit to this museum for both children and adults.

The Goddess exhibition was phenomenal. We had bought tickets for only the Future World part - However, we were gifted tickets for the Goddess one by staff. This made the visit well worth it as the Future World felt underwhelming with how small it was.
The interactive Future World was fun and the Goddess exhibit having the original costume of Michelle Yeoh from Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon.
We (my daughter and I) visited the exhibition "Goddess: Brave. Bold. Beautiful" at the ArtScience Museum on the last day of our 1-week stay in Singapore. We like it a lot. Everything was interesting: amazing costumes, film clip highlights, photos, scetches historical facts, music and, for sure, the venue and how the exhibition was organized.
Headout is really awesome and cheap ticket booking company, No one was providing art and meuseum ticket but they did very much thanks to you guys for saving day and time
It's such exciting experience for us. We are amaze by the digital lighting and technology for art and science. Is a great experience for kids. The interaction by playing and drawing inside the museum is so interesting and easy for kids to understand the science and art. What an amazing area to visit.
It was a fun experience for both eyes and ears. Especially, it was nice to see a beautiful exhibition up close, and another exhibition was a dynamic video.
The tickets in the counter was sold out, lucky found it here as I already arrived there. Almost bought more expensive price from other apps, but luckily found Headout and it's the cheapest! The exhibition is not many but good enough for 1 hour exploration for me and my 6yo daughter.
Yes. It was an amazing experience. I went at around 10.30am, and the queue at the Singapore Flyer was less than 10 minutes for my time. It was a clear, bright day and I was able to see a lot of the Singapore skyline and seaview.

Lovely views , very nice weather for visiting sky deck. Not much choice for drinks or snacks, no place to sit which was disappointing.
The ticketing process was easy and clear. No waiting in lines for tickets. The Gardens by the Bay were lovely. We had an easy walk to the Marina Bay Sands Observation Deck again no lining up for tickets. What a spectacular view from 56 floors up. We enjoyed our experience.
Headout is the best App..it made our Journey so easy in singapore ...Thanks Headout...keep coming up with such amazing offers
Lots of space not too many people Had to download app to get tickets which wasn't good after prebooking Time capsule could be missed
Enjoyed stunning panoramic views of Singapore from the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck with easy access during non-peak hours for a serene experience!
Family enjoyed the Skypark observatory deck and Gardens by the bay. Good ticketing experience but the Headout app wouldn't allow you to download the pdf ticket so you always have to open up the app to show the ticket.
Well organised at gate entry, not forced to have the obligatory photo. Clean and tidy capsules, and the commentary was also interesting. Having the option to sit in the middle was also good, as one in my party was not keen on the height etc, so she was glad she had the option.
Will be much easy to just send ticket to emails without setup new app and pay additional for roaming to just have ticket.
The experience was excellent however the online ticketing was unacceptable, not user friendly app and did not work with my iPhone. It worked fine with my iPad but not the mobile which is what one usually carries. Maybe works better with Android. Very frustrating.
Breathtaking views of city. Beautiful walk around marina bay sands. Awesome mbs mall. Booking was so easy and hassle free.
The e-tickets arrived promptly even though we only booked it the night before our visit. Getting to the top was trouble free. All the staff are friendly and worked with a smile. The lifts took no time to take us to the top. The view is breath taking. We can see the whole of Singapore and beyond. It is money well spent. Hightly recommended.
Gardens by the Bay, the flower Dome and the cloud forest were very good. The sea Aquarium were very interresting. Love it.
We loved the Gardens by the Bay. We visited 10 years ago and the development of the main attractions is just incredible. Being inside temperature controlled areas is a bonus in Singapore. The Cloud Tree and the Floral Fantasy were the best
The view was spectacular and I'm glad I went. The only issue was that the ticket instructions suggest a time reservation was needed, but the link to do so is either dysfunctional or Marina Bay Sands has moved to a first come first serve basis. Have a look into that and the service would be fantastic.
Each capsule of the Singapore Flyer is made of see-through glass, so if you visit on a bright and sunny day, you can see as far as parts of Malaysia and Indonesia. Try spotting attractions like Universal Studios Singapore and Gardens by the Bay, while you're at the top. The nighttime views are great too, with the city lights on, adding to the urban, metro city vibe.
