A seamless ticketing experience makes it easy for everyone. The time capsule is a great option for all ages, offering a cool break before the main attraction of the Singapore Flyer. Looking forward to seeing more shops and F&B options within the building in the future!

I am the person who was on the VIP course drinking Singapore Sling on Feb 6th around 6pm. I will never forget the experience of a lifetime thanks to the generosity of everyone involved. To the staff, I would have been just another traveler, but you guys are true professionals who always pay attention to your passengers. I feel and am impressed by so many things. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The VIP experience is very well organized. From our arrival in the VIP area, we took the elevator to another VIP area and then walked past the queue into the VIP gondola, where the mocktail was already waiting for us. A good half hour later, with music, chocolate and nice people, it was all over again. Afterwards we went through the Time Capsule, which is also well worth seeing. However, I do have one small but not insignificant criticism: 80% of the cabin windows were steamed up from the outside. It would have been nice to clean them quickly with a squeegee. After all, the view from the gondola is the main attraction! If all the guests have to take their photos through a small, non-fogged window, it spoils the experience a little.

Well organised at gate entry, not forced to have the obligatory photo. Clean and tidy capsules, and the commentary was also interesting. Having the option to sit in the middle was also good, as one in my party was not keen on the height etc, so she was glad she had the option.

Ticketing on Head out is a cake walk. You get good offers too. Pls check if you got voucher of ticket. On some attractions, you may be asked to stand in queue to get ticket from this voucher. Overall, it's very helpful.

I have been on the London Flyer and I found the scenery just wasn't up to that of London. There were no lines and very few people there so it was great and we were given a whole pod to ourselves, this was fantastic.

Yes. It was an amazing experience. I went at around 10.30am, and the queue at the Singapore Flyer was less than 10 minutes for my time. It was a clear, bright day and I was able to see a lot of the Singapore skyline and seaview.

Very few people at 11am Disappointed not to have been able to get on at 8pm without a reservation. And surprised that I had to go through you for the 11am slot when I was able to get on at 10:45am and other people without tickets were able to get on too. No more slots on the official site at 11am, but you can get them and they're more expensive.

The gardens were magnificent, however on the only day we could go ( as we were only in Singapore for a day) the cloud garden , which we prepaid for was closed for monthly maintenance. So if purchasing a ticket before you go make sure everything is open- we were really disappointed and out of pocket

Gardens by the bay is a great place to visit when you are in Singapore. The flower dome and cloud forest are beautifully put together and worth the visit. Allow plenty of time as the gardens surrounding the centre are also worthwhile checking out. Booking through headout allows you to beat the queue and virtually go straight in to each exhibit. Not only is it cheaper than buying your ticket at the venue, you can book it right up until you enter. Totally recommend

We booked the Universal Studio Admission and Fast Pass tickets with Headout (after being unable to get the Fast Pass direct with Universal). The process was easy. The Admission tickets were confirmed and sent straight away. I did get an email that the Fast Pass was not available. However between getting that email and contacting Headout, the Fast Pass tickets were emailed through. Headout also responded straight away to my email. There were no issues with the tickets. I do reccommend printing your Fast Pass (you can use your phone to show it, but some rides suggest/insist you obtain a locker and not take belongings with you - so a printed copy of the pass in your pocket is extremely handy). Absolutely reccommend getting the Fast Pass tickets - we waited no longer than about 10 minutes for a ride, when wait times for some rides were 40-50 minutes long!

Being in the line for over 20mins, only be told it cannot be scanned, have to have these tickets printed out, taken to the customer service and they will print out tickets. Then get back in the queue again, stand for over 30mins now, that was upsetting n embarrassing!! This NEEDS to be fixed! Else it would make me think twice abt buying tickets on headout

Simple and easy to book my Headout experience, though the different venues had varied processes. At the SEA Aquarium our Headout tickets could be scanned and used directly. At the Universal Studios entry, we had to utilise the confirmation barcodes to redeem the actual tickets which then needed scanning to enter.

I didn't realise I had to redeem the tickets so it was a bit frustrating when I had to do this at Universal as this took sometime to do due to the internet not being very fast. We did two day on/off pass and evening light show at gardens with stop at food market. The on/off was very convenient and grrat way to see some sights. The evening light show was a disappointment. The only up side was our guide was great.

The timetable in Singapore and the routes divided into red and yellow was very good. One criticism is that there were no signs at the stops, you never knew whether it was stopping there or there. This should be noted on the map. Yours sincerely, Hans and Gisele Jeitner

Online booking of tickets was efficient. Booking was then redeemed (converted into a paper ticket) before entering the bus. Buses were frequent and online tracking of buses worked very well. Headsets were only ok with some cracking. Commentry was ok, a bit sparse and didn't always correlate with where we were on the journey. Would recomment hop-on-hop-off in Signapore to get an overview of all the sights.

An excellent way to see the City! We only had one day in Singapore and were able to fit loads in. The Bus's were frequent and it was easy to navigate the route. The Garden's of the Bay are a "must do" when you visit this beautiful place.

We loved the convenience of getting on and off the bus at any of the points of interest. We utilised a two day pass which allowed us plenty of time to see the fantastic sites of Singapore. We did the night lights tour and the tour guide was absolutely wonderful! Very informative, very helpful, very friendly and great English.

We bought the 2-day pass with the night tour, and enjoyed it. The only problem was the audio system. The connection was bad on some of the seats so we missed out on some of the audio portion. But when the connection was good, the information presented was very interesting.

Easy and quick ticket buying experience. I bought a ticket for two days, but was only able to take the Red Line in the evening of the first day because of the rain. When I started the first trip, which was around 4pm, I noticed that they had extended the time I could use the ticket for another day. I really appreciated the gesture. On the second day I took the Yellow Line. I really enjoyed both routes, the service and the friendliness. I'll do them again if I get the chance.

It was a fantastic way to see around Singapore. The driver when we first got on was fantastic. Clearly identified the stop number and destination. Drivers changed through the route and 2nd driver mumbled, did not clearly say stop number or destination. His announcements were VERY unclear. Apart from that it was a pleasant experience and a great way to see Singapore.

The Marina Bay Sands SkyPark is an absolute must-visit in Singapore! The panoramic views of the city skyline, Gardens by the Bay, and the sea are breathtaking. The atmosphere is luxurious, and the infinity pool (if you’re a hotel guest) is truly world-class. Even if you’re just visiting the observation deck, it’s worth it. A perfect spot for sunset views and photos!

The viewing platform at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is absolutely stunning! The view over the city is breathtaking and offers a unique perspective of the skyline, the harbor, the famous Gardens by the Bay and much more. Even though we unfortunately couldn't experience the sunset due to the cloudy sky, the view was still unforgettable. The entrance fee is not exactly cheap, but the view is definitely worth every penny. A must for every visitor to Singapore!

And surprised that I had to go through you for the 11am slot when I was able to get on at 10:45am and other people without tickets were able to get on too. No more slots on the official site at 11am, but you can get them and they're more expensive.

We decided at the spur of the moment to visit the museum, and we did not regret it. The Future World exhibits were awesome. It was fun to indulge my inner child with some coloring, and then having my pictures be a part of the moving display. The digital work is amazing. There was a group of kids (maybe 6-7 years old) there. It was such a pleasure seeing the immense joy on their faces with each new exhibit. All of the staff were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend a visit to this museum for both children and adults.

We (my daughter and I) visited the exhibition "Goddess: Brave. Bold. Beautiful" at the ArtScience Museum on the last day of our 1-week stay in Singapore. We like it a lot. Everything was interesting: amazing costumes, film clip highlights, photos, scetches historical facts, music and, for sure, the venue and how the exhibition was organized.

It's such exciting experience for us. We are amaze by the digital lighting and technology for art and science. Is a great experience for kids. The interaction by playing and drawing inside the museum is so interesting and easy for kids to understand the science and art. What an amazing area to visit.

It was a fun experience for both eyes and ears. Especially, it was nice to see a beautiful exhibition up close, and another exhibition was a dynamic video.

The tickets in the counter was sold out, lucky found it here as I already arrived there. Almost bought more expensive price from other apps, but luckily found Headout and it's the cheapest! The exhibition is not many but good enough for 1 hour exploration for me and my 6yo daughter.
