I did not like the venue and felt it was overpriced Flower gardens-just some artificial stuffy dome Cloud forrest far less impressive then free inChangi airport I then buy a Christmas pass and stayed for the light show I didn't think that the flower dome was very interesting I did like Monet show, but I have seen this before in as a city. The venue here had really strong wet carpet smelll Overall, my recommendation would be skip this 2 paid attraction and enjoy light show from the park or buy $ 11 pass to be close to the trees diring light show
Gardens by the Bay is an amazing experience!!! Must visit if you're visiting Singapore, no matter how short your stay is.
The view was amazing. We enjoyed the Big Bus tour through the skyscrapers (until the rains came). This allowed us to finish the tour.
The dome with the waterfall was excellent. Lots to see and enjoy. The flower dome was disappointing as it was going through a change of display. Wouldn't have purchased the tickets if we had known.

So easy to book and received the e tickets with no issues on my phone. The gardens by the bay are fabulous especially if you go late on in the day and stay for the sound and light show. It was the highlight. Views from the observation deck of Marina Bay Sands were spectacular.
The ticketing process was easy and clear. No waiting in lines for tickets. The Gardens by the Bay were lovely. We had an easy walk to the Marina Bay Sands Observation Deck again no lining up for tickets. What a spectacular view from 56 floors up. We enjoyed our experience.
Great to see both the gardens and the Marina Bay Sands. Really liked that the Garden tickets were valid for a month so we could visit the parts we missed on days one. The information could be a bit clearer that the supertree skywalk and observation deck are not included- we had to buy separate tickets for that.
The gardens are fantastic and well presented. The Monet exhibition was also great. While the light show was quite good the music selection was not contemporary enough. Classical would have been better. Moon River???
Headout is the best App..it made our Journey so easy in singapore ...Thanks Headout...keep coming up with such amazing offers
The views are unbelievable! Didn't need to do the Flyer after that as you couldn't beat those views. Highly recommend 👌
Enjoyed stunning panoramic views of Singapore from the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck with easy access during non-peak hours for a serene experience!
The Gardens by the Bay is well worth a visit and is so easy to get to. The gardens are well maintained and the indoor areas a welcome break from the heat. The whole area is well thought out and provides great views of Singapore
What we saw was great but i feel it should be made more obvious that the Monet experience was within the flower dome. We knew that was closed but didn't realise we wouldn't see Monet either
I loved all of it. The monet impressions exhibit was beautifully crafted. The cloud and flower dome was a beautiful experience too
Purchasing tickets in advance was easy. Simole QR code on cell. No wait for tickets. Experience was superb. Beautiful botanicals
Family enjoyed the Skypark observatory deck and Gardens by the bay. Good ticketing experience but the Headout app wouldn't allow you to download the pdf ticket so you always have to open up the app to show the ticket.
Garden by the Bay - cloud forest & flower dome was awesome, especially the impression of Monet with multi-sensorial experience. It was WOW!!! Highly recommended..
Not having any preconceived ideas, I was blown away by the Gardens By the Bay, espcially the Cloud Dome. A great experience. So to was the Observation Deck.
Will be much easy to just send ticket to emails without setup new app and pay additional for roaming to just have ticket.
The experience was excellent however the online ticketing was unacceptable, not user friendly app and did not work with my iPhone. It worked fine with my iPad but not the mobile which is what one usually carries. Maybe works better with Android. Very frustrating.
Our day at Gardens by the Bay was spectacular. It is an amazing display and setup and allows you to see so many different plants and trees on many levels by using the elevated walkways. The waterfall is captivating. In the Flower Dome there was a Monet exhibition and interactive photo murals. This is a highly recommended experience in Singapore.
I thought that the Impressions By Monet was superb. The volunteer doing the workshop I attended was simply awesome. I know that she was Chinese and her first name started with an S.
Fantastic day with Jeanette. My wife and I had a great day out. Food was amazing and our guide was very knowledgeable not only for the food but was able to answer any general questions we had about the area and even had opportunities for great photos. Would highly recommend doing this tour.
The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and real value for money. Something for everyone and loads of surprises

PDF tickets sent to your email or open on their app, e ticket gets scanned as you enter the venue. Highly recommend 😊
Amazing journey with the kids, so many different types of plants and floral settings. We must have maxed out on our photos (phone storage) that day just taking snaps everywhere!
Gardens by the Bay in Singapore is a wonderful experience. You can't go to Singapore without seeing it! And the 3 Domes. Even my husband who's not into plants loved it! Make sure you go later to get the light show too. You need at least a few hours
The Gardens By the Bay are stunningly cultivated, beautifully organised and a wonderful way to spend a day. The ticketing was easy and straight forward.
We bought entry to flower fantasy. What we didn't see was, because it was written in small text section, that it closed at 07:00 pm. We were very disappointed about this. Also, it would have been very informative to write that there is a long queue at the skyway. And if closed before the last admission. The rest was beautiful and a lovely place.
We bring international guest to visit Singapore attractions and the ticketing experience was a breeze one on the fuss free online platform.
I liked how easy and user friendly it was to get the ticket. I would have enjoyed a bit more interaction with the gardens thank you
I thought my tickets included entry to the Supertree Observatory but they did not. This was an extra, unexpected expense.
I was scammed with my tickets. My holiday was kinda ruined because I couldn't use any of the QR codes. I booked 2 tickets for 2 different places and none accepted the code I got. If I don't get my refund I'm going to have to sue you.
It sure is a good experience for my mother-in-law as she enjoyed taking pictures of the flowers. We ended with a 4D show ride which she enjoyed very much.
The triple adventure was absolutely fantastic. We were completely mesmerized by the stunning beauty within the Gardens by the Bay, the captivating Flower Dome, and the enchanting Cloud Forest. Despite a light shower outside, our day trip was filled with excitement and enjoyment.

The view was amazing. We enjoyed the Big Bus tour through the skyscrapers (until the rains came). This allowed us to finish the tour.
Originally booked the tickets for 6pm,paid for them ,then later recieved an email saying that time wasn't available.Changed the time to 6:45pm. Got another email Saying ticket times where 6:30pm,when I eventually downloaded the tickets they said 17:00 entry time and there was no option to get a refund or reschedule. We were very lucky that we had thunderstorms that day and the staff very kindly let us use out tickets after it had passed.
The pick hour was not around 5:00 pm while pick hour is around sunset (7:00 pm). Therefore, I think there was a false marketing, otherwise the experience was ok!
The views are amazing, but certainly doesn't require more than 30mins,so tickets are overpriced. And there was no audio guide or even information about landmarks posted around. Expected an experience like that of the Eifel Tower, but this pales in comparison.
Very crowded with loads of people sitting along edge of platform hogging a space for ages. Nowhere to have a snack or drink except tiny little bar with no real cocktail options. Dirty seating area. View is amazing though
So easy to book and received the e tickets with no issues on my phone. The gardens by the bay are fabulous especially if you go late on in the day and stay for the sound and light show. It was the highlight. Views from the observation deck of Marina Bay Sands were spectacular.
First off, it was easy purchasing the tickets online and no fuss going to the observation deck as long as you show them the proof of the tickets. The view on the observation deck was spectacular and you can see pretty much the whole of Singapore. Nobody rushed us so we were able to take our time admiring the view and taking pictures.
The ticketing process was easy and clear. No waiting in lines for tickets. The Gardens by the Bay were lovely. We had an easy walk to the Marina Bay Sands Observation Deck again no lining up for tickets. What a spectacular view from 56 floors up. We enjoyed our experience.

Great views and a lovely evening Great setting and quick access to the roof top Unable to access the cafe which was disappointing Music from the cafe was very loud which blocked out the sound from the light shows Had to fight for access spots due to crowds Staff very pleasant and helpful Drinks were available which was good at a smaller bar Lift amazingly quiet and quick
The view at night is spectacular! I also appreciate how organised it is and made it easy to get to the top and back down. I wouldn't mind coming here again if I have another chance to visit Singapore.
Everything was amazing, the organisation and the incredible view. Suffisant place for everyone. Perfect experience Thanks
The change from day to night watching the city lighting up. The walk way around the observation deck was great. Stayed for the lights in the Garden by the bay.

The views are unbelievable! Didn't need to do the Flyer after that as you couldn't beat those views. Highly recommend 👌
The experience was great, views breathtaking. However, it would have been better if we had been allowed to return to the observation deck following our dinner in the restaurant above and the drink at the bar. Especially as the bar was very crowded and the meal was very expensive. It would have been nice to get some nighttime photos from there.
Blick in die Tiefe und Weite - alles bei wechselndem Wetter und Tageszeiten. Blick auf das oberste Geschoß des Hoteltowers mit den Schwimmbeckens auf der 3 Türmen.
Nice attractions but not easy to understand what is what before visiting. So not easy to choose. No detailed explanations of what you can expect to see....
Enjoyed stunning panoramic views of Singapore from the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck with easy access during non-peak hours for a serene experience!
It was a good process on entry as the official mbs website was glitchy and couldn't book the tickets there. Shame it was cloudy and couldn't see the sunset.
