Mostly all is really great the only one I'm regret it's the hygiene of the siting chair . Mostly got very bad smell specially after Indian tourists use it . So pls tel them to more aware on the hygiene we paid expensive ticket but after play feeling like vomit

the tickets were issued 30 mins after the payment. but since i was using this for the first time I thought might be a scam and that gav e me anxiety. the tickets should be dispatched immediately.

The park experience was magnificent, the Express Pass is a super needed thing if you want to try all the rides. The only issue was that the Headout's team gave me only the Express Pass without the Admission ticket (which I bought together). So at the entrance I've had a stressful experience l had to bought new admission ticket. However, after I contacted the Headout's team and explained the issue, they fully refunded the price of admission ticket and that was a relief. The team promised that they will be more careful and attentive and will not allow this situation to happen again. But my advice is to check your tickets anyways before leaving) Mayne even the day before. Thanks!

It was great. The only thing i didnt like was HAVING to use the lockers before queuing. It was very busy and hectic and they only offered 45 mins at one time but then the ride queue was longer. I am sure it could have been extended but it felt like I had to rush. It would have just been easier to put our stuff in a bag on the side as we ride (like you had for shoes). I am sure no one would have stolen them. I also didnt like having to pay to use the locker for the Jurassic park water ride? Surely thats all included in the expensive entry ticket. (Solo traveller, so couldnt leave my stuff with anyone) Everything else was fine though, had a good time

Minion land! The park isn't very big, but it's got different themes and levels of tourist attractions for young and old alike. We had a great time there!

Universal studios was great. We had to book in 2 separate bookings for 7 people, a group of 4 and a group of 3. We arrived at the gate and opened our app and upon entry the group of 4 had only been sent the ticket's for express pass not the entry ticket. We didn't realise that until we tried to enter. We tried to use the app messaging service but it wasn't giving us the answer we needed. Then tried to call but couldn't get through. We ended up purchasing 4 more tickets. I then emailed later that night to let Headout know and they replied within a few hours of the email. They apologised for the problem and have organised the refund. They are also looking into why the entry ticket wasn't attached. Which I thought was very professionally handled.

We booked the Universal Studio Admission and Fast Pass tickets with Headout (after being unable to get the Fast Pass direct with Universal). The process was easy. The Admission tickets were confirmed and sent straight away. I did get an email that the Fast Pass was not available. However between getting that email and contacting Headout, the Fast Pass tickets were emailed through. Headout also responded straight away to my email. There were no issues with the tickets. I do reccommend printing your Fast Pass (you can use your phone to show it, but some rides suggest/insist you obtain a locker and not take belongings with you - so a printed copy of the pass in your pocket is extremely handy). Absolutely reccommend getting the Fast Pass tickets - we waited no longer than about 10 minutes for a ride, when wait times for some rides were 40-50 minutes long!

The both roller coasters of the Battlestar theme are fantastic. Though Universal Studio Singapore is the smallest one, the facinating attractions inside are still enough for you to spend whole days in it. And the express pass would definetly save you bunch of time in the line.

It was great. The only thing i didnt like was HAVING to use the lockers before queuing. It was very busy and hectic and they only offered 45 mins at one time but then the ride queue was longer. I am sure it could have been extended but it felt like I had to rush. It would have just been easier to put our stuff in a bag on the side as we ride (like you had for shoes). I am sure no one would have stolen them. I also didnt like having to pay to use the locker for the Jurassic park water ride? Surely thats all included in the expensive entry ticket. (Solo traveller, so couldnt leave my stuff with anyone) Everything else was fine though, had a good time

I enjoyed the mummy ride the most ! So much so that I did it five times ! The park was a fantastic experience and I would love to return at some time. My girlfriend really enjoyed Jurassic park rapids adventure, we did this one also five times !

The both roller coasters of the Battlestar theme are fantastic. Though Universal Studio Singapore is the smallest one, the facinating attractions inside are still enough for you to spend whole days in it. And the express pass would definetly save you bunch of time in the line.

We booked the Universal Studio Admission and Fast Pass tickets with Headout (after being unable to get the Fast Pass direct with Universal). The process was easy. The Admission tickets were confirmed and sent straight away. I did get an email that the Fast Pass was not available. However between getting that email and contacting Headout, the Fast Pass tickets were emailed through. Headout also responded straight away to my email. There were no issues with the tickets. I do reccommend printing your Fast Pass (you can use your phone to show it, but some rides suggest/insist you obtain a locker and not take belongings with you - so a printed copy of the pass in your pocket is extremely handy). Absolutely reccommend getting the Fast Pass tickets - we waited no longer than about 10 minutes for a ride, when wait times for some rides were 40-50 minutes long!

We loved the discount when buying the combo deal and that the entry times were flexible. We were able to visit the Cloud Forest and Flower dome at seperate times (one before and the other after dinner) despite being in the same ticket. There were no issues. We also made use of the addition $3pp return shuttle bus to transfer between Flower Dome and Floral Fantasy, which was a relief in the heat! We loved visiting these beautiful exhibits, each very unique. And thankfully, all air conditioned!

It was great. The only thing i didnt like was HAVING to use the lockers before queuing. It was very busy and hectic and they only offered 45 mins at one time but then the ride queue was longer. I am sure it could have been extended but it felt like I had to rush. It would have just been easier to put our stuff in a bag on the side as we ride (like you had for shoes). I am sure no one would have stolen them. I also didnt like having to pay to use the locker for the Jurassic park water ride? Surely thats all included in the expensive entry ticket. (Solo traveller, so couldnt leave my stuff with anyone) Everything else was fine though, had a good time

We booked the Universal Studio Admission and Fast Pass tickets with Headout (after being unable to get the Fast Pass direct with Universal). The process was easy. The Admission tickets were confirmed and sent straight away. I did get an email that the Fast Pass was not available. However between getting that email and contacting Headout, the Fast Pass tickets were emailed through. Headout also responded straight away to my email. There were no issues with the tickets. I do reccommend printing your Fast Pass (you can use your phone to show it, but some rides suggest/insist you obtain a locker and not take belongings with you - so a printed copy of the pass in your pocket is extremely handy). Absolutely reccommend getting the Fast Pass tickets - we waited no longer than about 10 minutes for a ride, when wait times for some rides were 40-50 minutes long!

A different way to get to this beach, although you can even get there by Grab, the cable car experience is fantastic, the only drawback was the sweltering heat, we used the free buses to get to the casino and spend part of the visit there with air conditioning.

It was a very secure and chilled drive. The roundtrip helped to relax and come down after walking in the heat through Sentosa. We already recommended it to a friend who is now in Singapore. It would have been great to know that you have to buy a 15S$ upgrade to get into the cabin with the glass bottom though. We Die not know and missed this wonderful opportunity.

The rise was very enjoyable with great views in all directions. Technically the Mount Faber cable car was better than the Sentosa cable car - smoother going over the support towers. Attendants were very helpful when getting on and off at the stops. I was not sure that we could get off at any station and get back on again to complete the trip. This could have been explained better on the booking advice, but happily eveything went well on the day. On the down side, there was no provision for me to print out my mobile tickets, in case my phone gets stolen.

Good views of Singapore skyline. However, they were obstructed due to a number of stickers all around the cable cars. It would be good if the glass all round was left clear for full unhindered visibility. Also, how about including the small cable car on Santosa Island (along with bus and tram) in the same ticket! I think most tourists will find that extremely helpful making their overall Sentosa experience even more beatiful :)

It was great. The only thing i didnt like was HAVING to use the lockers before queuing. It was very busy and hectic and they only offered 45 mins at one time but then the ride queue was longer. I am sure it could have been extended but it felt like I had to rush. It would have just been easier to put our stuff in a bag on the side as we ride (like you had for shoes). I am sure no one would have stolen them. I also didnt like having to pay to use the locker for the Jurassic park water ride? Surely thats all included in the expensive entry ticket. (Solo traveller, so couldnt leave my stuff with anyone) Everything else was fine though, had a good time

We booked the Universal Studio Admission and Fast Pass tickets with Headout (after being unable to get the Fast Pass direct with Universal). The process was easy. The Admission tickets were confirmed and sent straight away. I did get an email that the Fast Pass was not available. However between getting that email and contacting Headout, the Fast Pass tickets were emailed through. Headout also responded straight away to my email. There were no issues with the tickets. I do reccommend printing your Fast Pass (you can use your phone to show it, but some rides suggest/insist you obtain a locker and not take belongings with you - so a printed copy of the pass in your pocket is extremely handy). Absolutely reccommend getting the Fast Pass tickets - we waited no longer than about 10 minutes for a ride, when wait times for some rides were 40-50 minutes long!

Enchanted Airways, Egypt, and Transformers were particularly fantastic. In fact, everything at Universal Studios was so outstanding that we ran out of time to see it all, but it's definitely a must-visit location once in a lifetime.

Fun! The combo makes sure you get the best of both words -- literally!! My friends and I couldn't decide what to spend money on, and were overjoyed when someone recommended this pass via Headout. We were a little hesitant since it sounded too good to be true, but on going through the booking process and talking with the customer services, we were instantly relieved. Too good!

The ticketing experience was really smooth. Didn't face any kind of problems. I wish the pass had Singapore SEA aquarium on the list. Had to buy a separate ticket for that attraction.
Definitely will recommend and will personally buy another one for my next destination.
